If you have played Picross you already know this. The numbers are the lengths of the filled runs in that row or column, in order. 4 2 on a row of ten means four filled, a gap, then two filled — somewhere in those ten. Work out where and something comes out of the grid.

Two things here are worth a look.

No puzzle needs a guess. Every picture is checked by a solver before it goes in, and none is included unless it can be finished one line aave to try a branch and see how it goes. If you are stuck, there is a line somewhere with something left to say.

The clues tell you when you are wrgrey when its line matches it, and redthe moment what you have filled in makes it impossible. It never says which cell is wrong — only that something is. That is the difference between ing twenty, and it is the genuinely worst thing about nonograms that nobody else fixes.
